Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the fieldrole.sbs recruitment workflow platform.
Scope. fieldrole.sbs provides software tools for recruitment workflow management, candidate handling, collaboration, reporting, and related automation features. Certain functions may use automated scoring, parsing, matching, or ranking support.
Business use only. The service is intended for professional and lawful business use. You may use the platform only for your internal recruitment, hiring, and related HR operations, subject to your agreement, plan, and documented permissions.
Accounts and security. You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, accuracy of uploaded data, and activities carried out through your workspace. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or infringing content, process data without a valid basis, attempt unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering where prohibited, or use the platform to discriminate unlawfully.
AI features. AI-supported outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-sensitive. They are decision-support tools only and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before relying on them for hiring, compliance, or employment decisions.
No legal advice. Any labor-documentation, templates, summaries, or workflow support made available through the platform is provided for operational assistance only and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice, or representation.
Client data and candidate data. You remain responsible for ensuring that personal data uploaded or collected through the service is processed lawfully. Where relevant, related privacy handling should align with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; SR 235.1).
Intellectual property. We retain all rights in the platform, software, documentation, branding, and service improvements. Subject to contract and payment, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreed term.
Availability and changes. We may update, improve, suspend, or modify features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service development.
Fees and contract terms. Pricing, billing, term, renewal, implementation scope, and any service levels are governed by the applicable order, subscription, or written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability. Except as agreed in writing, the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect and consequential damages, lost profits, and loss of data are excluded. Nothing limits liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
