Data we process
We may process employer and prospect details, account data, invoices, support messages, device and log data, cookie-related identifiers, and recruitment data submitted through the platform. Recruitment data may include CVs, work history, education, skills, interview notes, assessments, communications, job requirements, hiring workflow records, and user actions.
Purposes and AI use
We use data to provide and secure the service, manage demos and contracts, support customers, improve functionality, maintain audit trails, and operate recruitment workflows. If customers enable automated assistance, AI may help parse CVs, summarize profiles, match skills to role criteria, or support ranking suggestions. Human review remains available and customers are responsible for their hiring decisions.
Recipients
Data may be disclosed to hosting, analytics, communications, security, and support providers acting on our instructions, and to customer organizations using the service for their recruitment processes. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect legal claims.
Cross-border transfers
If data is hosted in or accessed from outside Switzerland, we apply safeguards required by the FADP and DPO, such as transfers to jurisdictions with recognized adequate protection or contractual safeguards and related technical measures.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, contractual duties, documented customer instructions, security logging, and legal retention periods. Candidate data retention may depend on the customer workflow and deletion settings.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies for site operation and may use analytics or similar tools to understand usage. We provide transparent information on purpose and a real possibility to object. Where required for particular tracking uses, consent is requested. Legal basis: Telecommunications Act (LTC), Article 45c, FADP, DPO.
